Code of Conduct

By using Legal Infra's services, you agree to the following terms of conduct:

1. Information Accuracy and Updates

You agree to:

  • Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and/or your organization as prompted by any registration form or other forms, including your email address for notices and communications
  • Maintain and promptly update the foregoing information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete
  • Provide any other information that Legal Infra may request from time to time for purposes reasonably related to your use of our website or Services

2. Service Usage

You agree to:

  • Not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or contrary to this Agreement
  • Not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Legal Infra account, computer systems or networks associated with the Services
  • Not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Services
  • Not share your password, let anyone else access your account, or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your account
  • Not transfer your account to anyone without first getting Legal Infra's written permission
  • Use the Services only for appropriate, legal purposes, and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • Not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working or appearance of the Services
  • Not extract information and services provided by Legal Infra by automated means; unattended automated methods of extraction are prohibited

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Services:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local or international law or regulation
  • To violate the privacy rights of any third party
  • To make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable
  • For the purpose of exploiting, harming or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way
  • To threaten another, incite violence, or promote illegal activity
  • To promote or endorse drug use, child pornography, or other illegal activities
  • To transmit hate speech, nudity, or graphic or gratuitous violence
  • To make available any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights
  • To transmit any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter" or "spam"
  • To make available any material containing software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy or limit functionality
  • To interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Service
  • To impersonate another person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • To transmit the private information of any third party

4. Enforcement

If Legal Infra determines, in its sole discretion, that you have committed any of the foregoing violations, we reserve the right (but not the obligation) to terminate your access to the Services.
